Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll deposits and miscellaneous deposits.
- Create A/R invoices; report on outstanding payroll A/R.
- Run property billbacks (e.g., new-hire fees, compliance fees, bank fees).
- Research and record insurance-claim activity.
- Monitor accounts payable inbox; code and enter A/P.
- Process FedEx-related A/R and other assigned A/R activities.
- Support month-end with data accuracy checks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications: This position carries supervisory responsibilities.
- High School education or equivalent
Management experience preferred
2+ years of property accounting experience working with affordable (tax credit, HUD, RD etc.)
Experience with Yardi and ResMan preferred
Previous experience in Property Management desired
Knowledge of monthly financial statement preparation
Experience in general ledger account reconciliation and analysis
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
Must have reliable transportation
