General Pediatrics Physician at Pediatric Associates – Thousand Oaks, California

Coastal Kids Pediatrics is searching for a per-diem Outpatient Physician for our Thousand Oaks practice.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. Required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of California
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of California
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and priviledges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required for hospital appointment

The expected base salary range for this position located in California is $164,000 -$217,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
