About the Role:

As a Private Event Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests during private pool events in Santa Cruz County, CA. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the swimming area, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to any emergencies that may arise. You will work closely with event organizers to understand the specific needs of each event and provide a safe environment for all attendees. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
