Clinical Outpatient Coordinator - RN - PT or FT at Jefferson Community Health Center – Fairbury, Nebraska

Jefferson Community Health & Life is looking for an RN to work as a Clinical Outpatient Coordinator.

Hours: Full-time or Part-time hours available

(5) 8 hour shifts per week (M-F) or (3 or 4) 9 hours shifts per week, (M-F) Days will vary depending on patient needs

between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Outpatient Coordinator (COPC) will provide direct nursing care for outpatients presenting to JCH&L for treatment, medications, infusions, and various types of procedures. The COPC will be responsible to direct the scheduling of these services within her hours of work to expedite excellent customer service and continuity of care of patients. The patient population will include those patients known as recurring outpatients, who have multiple visits in one month, as well as those coming for one time service. The COPC will document all nursing care provided per nursing service policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate of accredited nursing program

* Current RN license in the State of Nebraska

* Minimum of 3 years experience in acute nursing

* BLS certification, required
