As a Healthcare Assistant/Support worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring their well-being. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to those in need.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting patients with mobility issues and helping them move around safely
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year previous experience in a healthcare setting is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
