Fulfillment Associate in Fort Myers, Florida at Elevate Beverage Company

Mitra9 is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations of product fulfillment. This includes picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and ensuring that every order is accurate and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using internal systems and shipping software.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and fulfillment areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and help monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy.
• Label and prepare shipping materials according to company and carrier standards.
• Report discrepancies or damaged products to the Fulfillment Manager or Operations team.
• Always follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse role, ideally in CPG or beverage industry.
• Familiarity with order management and shipping systems (e.g., Shopify, ShippingEasy, EKOS) a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move packages up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
