Position Summary

The Warehouse Team supports the Ashley Homestore in the receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, and delivery of products. They also assist with organization and maintenance of the facility, customer pick-ups, and any other tasks that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, and ship furniture while following company safety and inventory guidelines
• Stage showroom floors to prepare for new merchandise arrivals
• Assemble furniture with care to minimize damage
• Prepare customer pickups and coordinate unsold merchandise for shipping
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and showroom organization
• Support visual merchandising and back-end operations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including some Saturdays and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to perform janitorial duties as needed
