Job Description

About Outbuild

At Outbuild, our innovative team is on a mission to transform how the construction industry plans and executes projects. Our all-in-one platform focuses on improving how construction teams manage scheduling, coordination, and communication. We apply Lean Construction and BIM principles to streamline these processes, enabling our clients—primarily in the U.S.—to work more efficiently.

Recently, we raised $11M in Series A funding from prominent investors such as Sway Ventures and Hilti Venture, solidifying our position as a rising leader in construction technology. We're proud to be recognized by CB Insights as one of the top 100 startups revolutionizing construction. If you’re eager to shape the future of this critical industry, we invite you to join our journey!

Outbuild is on track to become the industry standard for construction scheduling and planning.
We’re replacing legacy tools and chaotic spreadsheets with a modern, intuitive platform that superintendents and project teams actually want to use. Our mission is simple but bold: streamline field planning, increase coordination, and deliver on-time projects across the construction industry.

We’re experiencing rapid growth, with a clear product-market fit, a strong culture rooted in accountability and collaboration, and incredible opportunities for high-performers to make their mark. Outbuild is a place where builders thrive — and where sellers can build something big.

This is not just another AE job — we’re looking for a high-impact rep who wants to shape the future of construction tech. About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll drive net new revenue by selling directly into general contractors across the U.S. You’ll be paired 1:1 with a dedicated SDR and supported by a collaborative GTM team, including marketing and sales enablement.

We’re a process-driven sales org with a clear playbook, a defined ICP, and a high-performance culture. We move fast, and we use AI tools to streamline workflows, personalize outreach, and help you win.

This role is remote, but travel is expected for key industry events and high-value in-person meetings.

Outbuild's Core Values, Mission & VisionINTEGRITY

We do the right thing—even when it's hard, even when no one is looking. Our integrity builds trust with teammates, customers, and partners. It’s the foundation of how we make decisions and take action.

HONESTY & TRANSPARENCY

We communicate openly and clearly. Whether it’s sharing wins or owning mistakes, we lead with truth. Transparency keeps our team aligned, builds stronger relationships, and drives better outcomes.

EMPATHY

We take time to understand the experiences, challenges, and perspectives of others. By listening with care and responding with compassion, we build a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

INNOVATION

We challenge assumptions and seek better ways to build. Whether it’s the tools we create or the problems we solve, we stay curious, move fast, and embrace bold ideas that move the construction industry forward.

QUALITY

We take pride in our craft. From code to communication, every detail matters. We aim for excellence in everything we deliver—because our work shapes the way others build the world.

OWNERSHIP

We act like owners—because we are. We step up, take accountability, and follow through. No task is too small, no problem is someone else’s. We take initiative and drive results, together.

Mission

To empower construction field teams with the best-in-class scheduling and planning software on the market—reshaping how the world builds.

Vision

To become the world’s new standard platform for construction scheduling and planning—replacing the status quo and improving project outcomes across the industry.
