Maketing Coordinator at Dix Hite Partners INC – Longwood, Florida

Overall:

Our Longwood, FL-based landscape architecture firm is seeking a creative and skilled individual with strong organization, communication, and graphic abilities, who is eager to grow with our team. In this role, you will support the Business Development and Marketing team by preparing RFP/RFQ proposal responses and marketing presentations, assisting in developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand and revenue growth, and actively contribute to the Business Services and Marketing team to ensure efficient office operations.

Dix.Hite provides leadership in design and landscape architecture, with special expertise in sustainable mixed-use, transportation and trails, parks and public space, multifamily development, and master planned communities.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Coordination

• Research opportunities through public contracting websites
• Identify and outline the requirements of RFPs and RFQs
• Ensure proposals stay on track by creating submittal requirement checklists and calendars
• Collaborate with the team to produce and deliver proposals in a timely manner
• Gather and provide requested submittal requirements
• Organize and format submittal requirements from subconsultants
• Update resumes, project cut sheets, and other proposal elements

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the team to help develop communications, social media, and website content
• Design and produce presentations and marketing materials needed for client meetings
• Research and coordinate submittal requirements for awards and honors
• Support the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and swag
• Assist with the design, coordination, and staffing of event/conference booths
• Gather information needed for website updates, including updated imagery and project information
• Research and undertake activities to support the furtherance of Dix.Hite's strategic goals
• Support brand awareness and community outreach activities
• Support the firm culture, recruiting, and employee recognition activities
• Maintain brand integrity and quality control

Reporting Relationships

• Reports to Director of Marketing
• Collaborates with the Director of Business Development, Principals, and Project Managers

Experience / Skills Required:

• Professional attitude, self-starter, team-first mentality, responsive to requests
• Software: Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• 2-3 years of Marketing and/or Business Development experience
• Proposal experience in the A/E/C industry (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field (preferred)?
