This position is hybrid (both on-site and remote) in Oregon. The starting pay ranges from $24 - $30 per hour. Spanish-speaking applicants who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour.

OCCU is seeking a Repossession Specialist I or Credit Services Support Specialist I to manage repossessions, bankruptcies, small claims, and foreclosures, aiming to protect assets and minimize losses.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing loan files to identify methods for minimizing losses. The Repossession Specialist or Credit Services Support Specialist I prepares repossession reports, bankruptcy documentation, loss analyses, and trend evaluations. They manage vendor relationships, including coordination with auction houses and repossession agents, and ensure the distribution of necessary documentation. Additionally, they perform account maintenance, support loss mitigation processes, execute charge-offs when required, and process bankruptcy documents.

Applicants need at least six months of experience working in an administrative or clerical role related to repossessions, bankruptcies, insurance claims and credit reporting.
