As an Autism Counselor, you’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Teach and support job coaching and vocational skills
• Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
• Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Compassion, patience and dedication to helping autistic young adults who engage in challenging behaviors
• Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
• CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
• NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training
• MAP training and certification
