About This Position
Epic Clinical Analyst - Senior
What you need to know about this position:
- Our Information Services department is located in a secure technical center located minutes from our hospital campus and houses a state-of-the-art data center.
- The team has a family feel, with a team-goal-oriented staff.
- The Epic Clinical Analyst — Senior gathers and analyzes user needs for developing, designing, and modifying clinical or business applications in the healthcare environment. Includes providing complex Epic application support, writes documentation and specifications.
- Researches and analyzes complex results, proposes solutions or recommendations in addition to the building, configuring or modifying applications using existing application tools. Must have broad knowledge of application integration and data flow. Serves as an informal leader and must be willing to teach or mentor as needed.
- Epic Clinical Analyst – Senior positions' hourly range is between $40.92 and $65.35, annualized to $85,114 and $135,928. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This full-time position will require you to work onsite, 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekend, holiday and on-call rotation.
What is required for this position:
- Upon hire, you must have:
- High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in a health-related or IS-related field, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in a health-related or IS-related field.

- Epic Certification (Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid, and/or Epic Lumens Certification/Accreditation Required.
- Formal education and experience and current healthcare-related certification, license or registration in one of the following areas required upon initial hire:
- Nursing
- Medical Technology
- Physical Therapy
- Radiation Therapy
- Respiratory Therapy
- Pharmacy
- Experience/Certifications preferred:
- Radiant and/or Cupid Principal Trainer Certification
- Radiant and/or Training Environment Build Certification
- Cupid Structure Reporting Certification
- Decision Trees Badge
- Imaging Screening Programs Badge
- Results Routing Badge
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move more than 25 pounds.
