Job Overview:

Centralized Vision is seeking a Lead Supervisor with management experience to oversee a team of supervisors. Your supervisor team oversee a team of monitoring specialist, monitoring a variety of systems throughout the U.S., analyzing live surveillance footage and responding to potential security threats from our National Command Center. These systems include Security Cameras, Access Controls, Panic Alarms, Energy Management, Employee/Residential Databases, Call Boxes, Gate Entry Systems, etc. The ideal candidate will have exceptional observational and communication skills and the ability to consistently handle high pressure situations with a professional demeanor. The Lead Supervisor will serve as a point of coordination and operational support for other supervisors and the Operations Manager. This role is intended to support operational consistency and leadership development across shifts while maintaining the existing supervisory structure.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Supervisor from our National Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ, you will be trained on and required to become knowledgeable of all Centralized Vision’s virtual services to provide ongoing support and guidance to your team. Your ongoing training and oversight of supervisors is paramount to driving their successes and efficiencies. Furthermore, training and communication are the lifeblood of our organization as technology and customer needs continue to evolve. Lead Supervisor responsibilities also include the following:

• Coordinate monthly manager meetings with your team.
• Ensure your team members are fully trained.
• Issue disciplinary action as needed.
• Collaborate with your Operations and Training Managers to share vital information.
• Uphold company policies as published within the employee handbook.
• Assist with leadership development.
• Assist with incident oversight and information gathering following incidents.
• Assist with video investigations of incidents as requested from customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Successful track record of management experience required.
• Exceptional observational skills.
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and make quick decisions with a professional demeanor.
• Very knowledgeable in computers and customer service.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in the security industry, law enforcement or military can be a plus but not mandatory.
• Must pass a drug test and have NO criminal record.
