Rates starting at $19.00+ per hour based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• General repair work orders in commercial office buildings.
• Building inspections.
• May perform grounds/landscaping and snow removal work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Work with contractors, property managers and senior management to maintain facilities.
• Customer service.
• Rotating On-Call with on-call bonus!

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Certifications are a plus!
