Customer Service Representative
Requirements:What We Offer
Location: Zone 4, Guatemala City (100% On-site)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Boss Revolution customers. In this role, you will handle inbound voice calls, assist customers with basic account inquiries and troubleshooting, and guide them on how to make the most of our services.- English Level: 75% or higher (conversational / B2).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome to apply!
- High school diploma.
- Must be able to work on site at our office in Zone 4.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Morning training schedule.
- Two days off (weekdays or weekends).
