MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR in Baltimore, Maryland at LifeBridge Health

• Oversees the clinical and administrative functions of the clinical staff in the outpatient mental health program at Center for Hope. Provides clinical oversight, structure, and supervision to Mental Health Program therapists and interns. Provides outpatient comprehensive, evaluative counseling and therapy services to assigned caseload of participants of the mental health program at Center for Hope. This position reports to the Mental Health Program Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
• Graduate of an approved Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, psychology or other related mental health field
• 5-7 years of experience
• MD LCPC or LCSW-C Board approved supervisor BSWE and/or BOPC
• Approved by Board of Social Work Examiners (BSWE) and/or Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists (BOPC) as an approved clinical supervisor.
• Experience providing clinical supervision.
• Experience working with children and adults in a behavioral health capacity.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
