Medical Director Psychiatrist – Nashville / Columbia, Tennessee

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, located in the greater Nashville market.

This full-time Medical Director psychiatry opportunity offers the ability to lead inpatient behavioral health services while maintaining a balanced Monday–Friday schedule and working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary psychiatric team. Optional outpatient coverage opportunities are available at our Franklin-area clinic for psychiatrists seeking additional clinical variety and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Medical Director overseeing psychiatric clinical operations and patient care
  • Provide direct inpatient psychiatric services

  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Participate in shared weekend psychiatrist call rotation
  • Optional outpatient psychiatry coverage available for additional compensation
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
