Our Company
As a Production Floor Operator, you will be part of a fast-paced environment supporting the preparation and packaging of fresh mushrooms for major supermarkets and leading produce markets. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Your Role
Operate and maintain production lines including pre-pack, slice, crate wash, cardboard, and exotic mushroom lines.
Weigh, label, and package products to meet customer specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all production areas.
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from Team Leaders and the Production Manager.
About You
Good English language communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
Open to working in a cold environment and on your feet most of the day.
Ability to work 4–5 days per week, early starts, including at least one weekend day.
Strong initiative, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in production or agricultural labouring is advantageous but not essential.
