Job Description - Typical Hours 11pm-7am

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Financial Duties:
  • Balancing daily revenue and expenses
  • Auditing and posting guest charges
  • Preparing daily reports and financial statements
  • Reconciling cash and credit card transactions
• Guest Services:
  • Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
  • Checking guests in and out as needed
  • Resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Completing necessary paperwork and reports
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
