Senior Executive Assistants at Nclusion report to our Chief of Staff, and serve as strategic partners to their executives. By supporting 1 - 3 C-level executives, Sr. EAs support the key leaders in our company, managing operational day-to-day efficiency and enabling leadership to focus on high-priority initiatives. This role brings organizational excellence in all Nclusion interactions through strategic communication, efficient project management, and operational coordination within our leadership team and across all levels of the organization and externally.
- Manage executive inboxes, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and expenses
- Attend team meetings and maintain ongoing tracking items
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track OKRs progress
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Organize offsites, events, and strategic planning sessions
- Act as a liaison between executives and their internal/external stakeholders
- 6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative support function
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience with small startups or dynamic, ever-changing teams
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, but not mandatory
- Exposure to international cultures or travel
