Office Manager (2-3) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an experienced manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in ICD10, CPT and HCPCS coding, experience in accounts receivable collections, possess knowledge of insurance processes, and have the initiative to work independently. Previous management experience in a physician clinic is a must. Department and Manager Orientation, along with one-on-one training will be provided upon successful completion of the hiring process. Additionally, training on our enterprise-wide billing and electronic record system will be provided for the selected individual.
