Job Overview

634 Properties is seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team and support our growing residential portfolio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants-showing properties, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Greet, engage, and build positive relationships with prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits.
Manage rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communications.
Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to applicants.
Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth resident experience.
Maintain accurate records of property showings, applications, and leases.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure occupancy goals are met.
Represent 634 Properties with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications
1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable using basic computer applications and property management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws a plus.
