Job Summary:

BrandSafway is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/CDL Class A Driver to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment in support of site operations. This is a local position; no per diem or relocation assistance is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner in accordance with company and site safety policies
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Operate a variety of equipment, including but not limited to:

- Front-end loader (primary)

- Road grader

- Fuel truck

- Water truck

- Truck and trailer

• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operations around personnel, structures, and utilities
• Follow job site plans and directions from supervisors and site management
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required
• Valid CDL Class A drivers license required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating front-end loaders and road graders
• Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
