Apartment Community Liasion-Part Time at Porter Properties, LLC – Auburn, Alabama

The Apartment Community Liaison serves as the primary connection between residents and management, fostering a welcoming and supportive community environment. This role is responsible for promoting resident satisfaction, coordinating community events, resolving resident concerns, and supporting the property management team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for residents regarding inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Facilitate open communication between residents and management to build positive relationships.
• Coordinate and promote community events and resident engagement activities.
• Assist with onboarding new residents, including tours, welcome packets, and orientation.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and issues.
• Support conflict resolution efforts and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to social media, newsletters, and other communication channels for resident outreach.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, or property management is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• Typically works on-site at the apartment community.
• May include some evenings or weekends to support events or resident needs.
