Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is a leader in the roofing industry, dedicated to providing high-quality roof replacements, repairs, and exceptional customer service. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and support our marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by coordinating marketing campaigns and scheduling qualified appointments.
• Manage and respond to incoming digital inquiries through social media, email, and web forms in a timely, professional manner.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and team members.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across locations, adapting quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain accurate records, track performance metrics, and provide reporting as needed.

• Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience and performance expectations.
• Work schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 4 10's 7am-6pm- Off days Wednesday-Friday -(May change depending on business needs)
