Engineering Manager at Infrastructure Precast Inc – Beaver Dam, Kentucky

Oversee and support engineering and quality control teams. Schedule engineering tech work and manage the submittal and production drawing creation processes with an effort to improve engineering productivity. Review and approve customer deliverables. Develop cost saving measures for the production plant. Ensure the Company maintains all certification requirements, and aids in gaining new certifications. Work closely with other managers and leadership to develop and execute strategic plans. Continued development and maintenance of the Product Catalog and the Production Drawing Catalog. Civil or Structural or Geotechnical PE highly preferred.
