We’re hiring entry-level representatives to serve as the first point of contact for members. You’ll explain benefit options, answer questions, and ensure families feel confident about their coverage. • Conduct virtual consultations with members (Zoom/phone) to review benefit programs

• Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals

• Provide clear answers, resolve concerns, and build long-term client trust

• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation

• Share feedback and ideas to improve processes and enhance client experiences

• Eligible to work in the United States

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or teamwork-driven roles preferred but not required

• Strong comfort with technology (Zoom, online tools, digital records)

• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written

• Strong collaboration and team-player mindset
