Position Overview
Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join our client's sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate will bring 4–8 years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and proven analytical ability.
Candidates should have extensive experience handling sophisticated legal matters, ideally with exposure to insurance litigation. Associates work collaboratively with partners and clients, serving as key members of the team on high-stakes cases.

Position Overview
Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join our client's sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate will bring 4–8 years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and proven analytical ability.
Candidates should have extensive experience handling sophisticated legal matters, ideally with exposure to insurance litigation. Associates work collaboratively with partners and clients, serving as key members of the team on high-stakes cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation from case inception through trials and appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda.
- Prepare complex case analyses, briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Handle discovery, including document production, written discovery, and depositions.
- Work closely with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

- 4–8 years of experience in complex, sophisticated litigation (required).
- Proven case management, writing, and oral advocacy skills appropriate to level of experience.
- Direct client-facing and adversary experience.
- Deposition and court experience strongly preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing.
