We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic Branch Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to achieving departmental and organizational goals, while helping drive the mission of InTouch Credit Union forward.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our members, delivering a consultative financial experience both face-to-face and through digital channels. Your responsibilities will include identifying members’ financial goals and offering customized solutions designed to meet their immediate and future needs. This role is fundamental for deepening member relationships, expanding service engagement, and strengthening InTouch Credit Union’s position as a leading digital-first financial partner.

What You’ll Need:

  • Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–12:45pm. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs.
  • Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
  • Knowledge of consumer deposit and loan products and services.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Products.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring with ability to motivate and influence.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred or commensurate professional experience.

Experience:

  • Five (5) plus years of recent, hands-on experience in financial services, banking, or member relationship management.
  • Three (3) plus years of recent leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong understanding of financial consultative services, lending, and digital banking solutions.

Pay & Incentive

  • Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $55,134.00 - $58,197.00 for this role.
  • This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 11% of the annual salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is based on the credit union achieving established service and financial measurements).

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
