Under the direction of the Executive Director of Community Development and Planning and/or their designee, the Downtown Program Coordinator supports microenterprise businesses in downtown Fitchburg through direct technical assistance, marketing and branding support, and referrals to additional resources. This role manages the InTown Fitchburg website, coordinates business-focused events, and serves as a liaison between local businesses and city initiatives.
