• Proven sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required)
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Strong follow-up habits — daily calls, texts, and emails are a must
  
• Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
  
• Professional attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
  

• Work with customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  
• Proactively follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
  
• Make consistent outbound calls to drive traffic and close deals
  
• Build long-term relationships and repeat business
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes
  
• Provide an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
