Job Title: TIG Welder Aluminum Structural (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our day or night shift teams. In this role, you will:

Perform TIG welding exclusively on aluminum structural components

Read and interpret welding symbols, work orders, and drawings

Produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Key Responsibilities:

TIG weld aluminum components to precise tolerances

Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Participate in ongoing training to develop and maintain welding certifications

Required Qualifications:

Previous TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in TIG welding (or willingness to obtain through company-paid training)

Experience in structural component welding

Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:45 PM

Night Shift: Sunday Thursday, 11:00 PM 7:15 AM (includes $2.00/hr shift premium)

Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.

Compensation:

Day Shift Pay Range: $22.00 $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Night Shift Pay Range: $24.00 $34.00 per hour (includes shift differential)

Bi-weekly pay

25-30% total compensation benefits premium, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plan eligibility
