As the Crew Member, some of your responsibilities may be to:

Interact with guests in a pleasant and up-beat fashionSay Welcome to Moe's with enthusiasm and positive energyBe punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, integrityCreate a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes team work Maintain a neat and clean appearanceFollow food safety proceduresMaintain a safe working conditionFollow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and Moe's managerMaintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing suppliesAssist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping The ideal Moe's Crew Member maintains a professional appearance while providing high-quality customer service. He or she must be able to work in a team setting. Promoting Great Attitude, Great Food and Great Service in a clean restaurant.
