Eyeline Studios is seeking an experienced and innovative Volumetric Capture Supervisor to lead our volumetric capture operations at our cutting-edge Korean stage. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in volumetric capture technologies and workflows, strong leadership skills, and a passion for advancing the boundaries of virtual production.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, setup, calibration, and operation of volumetric capture systems on stage.
Supervise a team of volumetric capture technicians, camera operators, and data wranglers.
Collaborate closely with directors, VFX supervisors, and production teams to ensure capture requirements are met.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality data capture throughout production.
Manage data workflows, including storage, transfer, and quality control of captured assets.
Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless integration of volumetric assets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in volumetric capture.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and studio policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in volumetric capture, motion capture, or related virtual production environments.
Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, 3D capture technologies and photogrammetry.
Familiarity with volumetric capture software (e.g., Reality Capture, Metashape, Gaussian Splats, or similar).
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as required by production schedules.
Fluency in both English and Korean.
Bachelors degree in Film Production, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)
Experience working on international productions or in multicultural environments. (Preferred)
Passion for innovation in digital media and storytelling. (Preferred)
