We are seeking enthusiastic and upbeat waitstaff to join our dynamic team at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for Cocktail Servers).

Excellent physical coordination. Attention to detail.

Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player.

High energy level; stamina; handles pressure well.

Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary.

Personal cleanliness.

Excellent verbal communication. Able to speak, read, and understand English. Able to perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money.

Physical Requirements:

Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant.

Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a tray. Good sense of balance.

Able to climb ladders and stairs.

Stamina; able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for several hours at a time.
