About Luma
Luma’s mission is to build unified general intelligence that can generate, understand, and operate in the physical world.
We believe that multimodality is critical for intelligence. To go beyond language models and build more aware, capable and useful systems, the next step function change will come from vision. So, we are working on training and scaling up multimodal foundation models for systems that can see and understand, show and explain, and eventually interact with our world to effect change.

- Rapidly prototype and iterate on growth experiments to improve conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
- Partner with product, design, and data to define, ship, and analyze experiments.
- Improve code quality through clean component patterns, documentation, and thoughtful abstractions.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, shared components, and internal best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution.

- You have experience working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with a focus on metrics and iteration.
- You write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that serves as the foundation for a scalable design system.
- You are comfortable working closely with designers and product teams to deliver clear, consistent UIs.
- You are detail-oriented and committed to building reliable, maintainable systems.
