Job Description:
NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support to access to leading-edge capabilities necessary to adapt to future threats, integrate advanced technologies to modernize the force, explore long-term military strategy to shape how NATO's forces will operate in the future, and promote interoperability between current and next-generation platforms. To support our NATO customer, SimIS seeks a Technical Systems Analyst to provide analytical and technical support for cross-domain technical coordination and integration of emerging technologies to support NATO force design and strategic decision making.

Education and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related technical field.
- 8 years of experience applying system integration principles and methodologies.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of military training systems and simulation technologies.
- Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of verification and validation processes.
- Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop technical documentation including specifications and procedures.
- Participate in technical review meetings and provide analytical input.
- Conduct system integration studies and compatibility assessments.
- Support engineering change proposal development and review.
- Prepare technical reports and briefings for management and government customers.
