This role is a strategic, hands-on position responsible for building, optimizing, and managing the revenue operations infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams. You will serve as the primary architect of CRM systems, workflows, and reporting, ensuring that revenue data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals. The position requires a builder mindset, capable of auditing complex systems, designing scalable processes, and driving adoption across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into operational execution, provide guidance on data-driven decision-making, and serve as a key resource for cross-functional teams. This role combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and organizational influence in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with occasional travel.
Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator and architect of the companys CRM ecosystem, managing objects, workflows, pipelines, permissions, and governance standards.
  • Audit, remediate, and re-architect existing CRM systems to eliminate technical debt and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics such as ARR, churn, renewal rates, and sales velocity.
  • Integrate the CRM with other GTM tools and systems to streamline data flow, maintain integrity, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure adoption and standardization across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing.
  • Translate strategic leadership goals into actionable operational systems and workflows.
  • Identify gaps in current revenue operations processes and propose scalable solutions to support organizational growth.

Requirements:
  • 45 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise as a HubSpot administrator with hands-on ownership of CRM architecture, workflows, objects, and properties.
  • HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent expert-level experience.
  • Experience auditing, remediating, and re-architecting CRM environments to ensure data accuracy and operational scalability.
  • Strong understanding of the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle, including recurring revenue pipelines and customer success workflows.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills to provide actionable insights for GTM leadership.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Nice-to-have: SQL or advanced data querying skills, experience with GTM tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, or Zoom Revenue Accelerator, and familiarity with the progressive political or nonprofit technology space.

Benefits:
  • $110,000 base salary with potential discretionary bonus.
  • 401(k) plan with up to 6% matching.
  • Ten paid company holidays, two floating holidays, and additional year-end holiday break.
  • Generous paid vacation (up to 24 days/year), paid sick leave, and personal leave.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave plus 4 weeks part-time paid flex time.
  • Fully-paid premium medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and dependents.
  • Remote work with flexible arrangements, home office stipend, and company-provided equipment.
  • $2,000 annual professional development stipend.
  • Opportunity to donate 25,000 free texts annually to a nonprofit of choice.
