💼 Position Highlights

• Full-Time | Minimum 20 client sessions/week| Part-Time Minimum 15 sessions/week

• Flexible Schedule: In-office available in Gaithersburg or Remote from home

• Pay: Fee-for-service (Estimated $72,000–$100,000/year based on caseload)

• Clients: All ages; you choose your niche and ideal population

🧠 Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Maryland license: LMSW or LGPC

• Comfort treating children and adults

• Interest or experience in trauma, EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, expressive therapies, etc.

• Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive practice

• Bilingual (Spanish) clinicians highly encouraged to apply
