This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand a nationwide network of healthcare providers, supporting flexible quality-of-care and utilization review initiatives. You will drive strategic physician recruitment across a broad range of specialties, from primary care to highly subspecialized fields, while building strong, lasting relationships. The position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment, delivering an exceptional onboarding and engagement experience for providers. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, directly contributing to healthcare quality on a national scale. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex talent challenges with professionalism and precision.
- Develop and implement innovative physician sourcing strategies, including digital outreach, specialty-focused campaigns, and direct engagement.
- Recruit and engage physicians across multiple specialties to support quality-of-care and utilization management initiatives.
- Maintain a scalable pipeline of providers, ensuring network capacity and readiness for deployment.
- Serve as the primary contact for providers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring a positive experience.
- Negotiate market-specific rates with providers, aligning capabilities with organizational needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor credentialing milestones, compliance requirements, and adherence to corporate policies including HIPAA.
- Track operational metrics, report on progress, and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment and provider engagement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare-focused provider recruitment, talent acquisition, or network development.
- Strong sourcing expertise across general and specialized medical fields.
- Experience managing credentialing workflows, contracts, and provider relations.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills for professional engagement with physicians.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to engage providers through both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods.
- Strong teamwork, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly pay: $29.16 - $36.49/hr.
