The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with special events or large parties as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with to go orders

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
