Accountabilities:
  • Partner with enterprise customers to design and guide their long-term automation strategy, aligning automation initiatives with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive sponsors and operational teams, to uncover opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and AI-driven transformation.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value automation use cases across departments, translating business challenges into scalable automation and orchestration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and customer stakeholders to design implementation frameworks that support long-term scalability and sustainable adoption.
  • Track automation performance and quantify the impact of implemented solutions through clear metrics, ROI analysis, and value reporting.
  • Drive measurable customer outcomes by increasing automation maturity, expanding usage, and supporting long-term customer success and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, product, and support to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that support enterprise-level automation programs.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS environments, such as customer success, consulting, enterprise product strategy, or solutions architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational systems, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Experience advising enterprise customers or stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable automation strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret usage patterns and performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills to guide complex initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Curiosity and adaptability when exploring new technologies, particularly in automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in distributed or remote work environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation and value delivery.
