Real Estate Rental Agent at Centre Realty Group – Boston, Massachusetts

Centre Realty Group is expanding and we are looking for motivated Rental Agents and Leasing Agents to join our growing off campus housing team serving the Greater Boston area.

Candidates must live in or near Boston Massachusetts and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet this criteria.

Centre Realty Group specializes in off campus housing and works with thousands of landlords across the Boston area. Our company maintains one of the largest rental property databases in the local market, giving agents access to a wide range of available apartments and rental opportunities. Through our marketing platforms and housing network we receive hundreds of incoming rental inquiries daily from students, young professionals, and families searching for housing throughout Boston.

This consistent demand allows rental agents to stay active with showings, applications, and lease placements while building valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Agents on our team have access to professional systems designed to help manage rental clients efficiently in a fast moving market. Our platform includes Follow Up Boss CRM for lead management and client follow up, Dotloop for transaction coordination, and Google Workspace for professional communication. These tools allow agents to organize inquiries, schedule showings, manage applications, and stay connected with both renters and landlords.

In this role you will assist renters searching for apartments and off campus housing, present available rental properties, coordinate showings throughout Boston neighborhoods, guide clients through the rental application process, and help landlords maintain strong occupancy rates across their properties.

You will also stay informed on local rental pricing, neighborhood availability, and market trends throughout Boston in order to provide clients with accurate and helpful housing guidance.

$75,000 - $205,000 at plan earnings

• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts

• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required
