About This Position

Job Description

The Auditor is responsible for supporting audit readiness, compliance activities, and governance processes across NCRi and CXAi. This position functions as a shared resource across multiple departments, working collaboratively with teams to ensure organizational policies, procedures, and operational practices meet internal standards as well as external regulatory and certification requirements.

The Auditor will prepare and manage audit-related documentation including policy updates, policy libraries, certification audits, client audits, and departmental audits. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively represent the organization during internal and external audits, including interactions with certification bodies, clients, and regulatory organizations.

This role will work closely with the internal auditing team to support audit preparation, documentation, and compliance initiatives across NCRi and CXAi.

The ideal candidate will have prior auditing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate audit requirements, documentation, and findings to both internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Core Responsibilities (Including other reasonable duties)

  • Prepare and coordinatedocumentationrequiredfor internal audits, certification audits, client audits, and departmental audits acrossNCRiandCXAi.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal audit team to plan, prepare, and execute audit activities.
  • Maintain and manage organizational policy librariesfor both organizations, ensuring policiesremainaccurate, updated, and compliant with applicable standards.
  • Support the development, revision, and implementation ofpolicy updates and governance documentation.
  • Conductdepartmental auditsto assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assistdepartments in preparing documentation and evidencerequiredfor audits.
  • Communicate audit requirements, findings, and recommendations clearly tointernal teams and leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization andexternal auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory organizations.
  • Track audit findings andassistdepartments withremediation plans and corrective actions.
  • Ensure audit documentation and records areproperly organizedandmaintained.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance, governance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Proven auditing experience (internal audit, compliance, or regulatory audit experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of audit processes, documentation requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience preparing organizations for certification audits and client audits.
  • Ability to clearly explain audit requirements, findings, and documentation to internal teams and external organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office or similar documentation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting ISO certifications, SOC audits, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing policy libraries or governance documentation.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, security compliance, or risk management frameworks.
  • Previousexperience working with external regulatory or certification organizations.
