The Sr. Talent Solutions Architect serves as a strategic talent science advisor, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams while engaging directly with customers. This role is critical for articulating how the CodeSignal skills platform empowers teams to go beyond skills gaps with hiring and AI-powered learning solutions. The role is at the forefront of advising enterprise customers how AI is changing the landscape of talent selection and development to accelerate I-O psychology best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Position CodeSignal as a solution for customers to assess and develop skills for every job across their organization
- Guide strategic sales discussions by uncovering core business challenges and connecting them to measurable outcomes enabled by CodeSignal products
- Advise customers on talent science best practices and long-term optimization strategies to maximize product adoption and impact.
- Engage senior stakeholders—including executive leaders—to build alignment, confidence, and sponsorship around the value of CodeSignal.
- Develop compelling, data-driven business cases and ROI models that demonstrate how investment in CodeSignal drives organizational transformation.
- Represent the scientific rigor and research behind CodeSignal’s hiring simulation assessments and learning courses and partner with client’s internal I-O psychology teams.
- Stay informed on talent assessment and learning industry developments, talent trends, and AI adoption dynamics to provide informed, consultative guidance.
- Share expertise internally by mentoring and supporting teammates on consultative selling, talent science research, and customer engagement approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to connect product capabilities to tangible business outcomes for prospective and existing customers.
- Minimum of five years of consulting experience within talent management or a related domain.
- Background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software delivery.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and storytelling for diverse audiences, including executives and HR leaders.
- Understanding of AI applications in candidate selection and related legislation requirements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship-oriented professional who builds trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and solutions-focused team contributor.
