You will serve as the central hub of our service department, ensuring that owners of premium brands like Hot Spring Spas and Tylo Saunas receive elite support. This role gives you the platform to manage complex logistics while building lasting trust with a high-end clientele. You will make a tangible impact by transforming technical needs into seamless service experiences that uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate as the primary contact for customers regarding detailed service inquiries and necessary follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate service records and history within our Evosus business management software.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to prevent project delays or service friction.
• Collaborate with field technicians and management to streamline daily operations and improve delivery.
• De-escalate complex customer situations using empathy and solution-focused communication strategies.
• Prioritize high call volumes and data entry tasks to maintain organizational flow in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing high call volumes and multi-line phone systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry accuracy while handling live customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.

• Experience using Evosus or similar specialized business management and scheduling software.
• Background in service coordination within the pool, spa, or high-end home improvement industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong departmental collaboration.
