2nd Shift Receiving/Shipping/Inventory Clerk at Direct Metals Company, LLC – Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

This position is responsible for the accurate receiving in of all domestic and international material, effectively matching up all required paperwork and verifying information against vendor information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

· Using software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.

· Management of all important documents such as Sales Orders, Packing Slips, Bills of Lading, etc.

· Directing the flow of packages from delivery to warehouse racks

· Adhere bar codes to all incoming materials

· Matches up all vendor information to BOL’s.

· Schedule trucks for order pick-ups

· Create BOL's for shipping material

· Adhere to all company procedures, ISO Quality Objectives, values and policies

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit

***Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish

· Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience

· Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, supporting one another effectively as a whole
