About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with the ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter, cleaning entrances, and ensuring walkways are clear and safe.
• Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance support from tenants, visitors, or management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies while performing all duties.
