Project Work Order (PWO) Manager – Job Scope
Organization: TeamGov | Location: Fort Knox, KY
Overview
The PWO Manager is responsible for the execution and quality assurance of all Project Work Orders (PWOs), ensuring work is completed in compliance with contract requirements, federal standards, and TeamGov SOPs. This role is the primary authority for quality control, subcontractor performance, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
PWO Management: Oversee full lifecycle of PWOs from planning through closeout
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage and enforce performance of all subcontractors
Quality Control (Primary Focus):
Conduct field inspections (start, progress, final)
Enforce OEM, UFC, and safety standards
Track deficiencies and ensure corrective action
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain schedules, manage shutdowns, and coordinate deliveries
Reporting: Provide weekly updates, status tracking, and issue resolution
Performance Expectations
High-quality, first-pass installations
On-time PWO completion
Minimal rework and deficiencies
Accurate and complete project documentation
