We are looking to add a Warehouse Manager to our Cincinnati location. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse organization, inventory control, and internal warehouse operations. This role ensures all materials, equipment, and assets are accurately tracked, properly stored, and efficiently handled to support project execution. Working under the direction of the Director of Warehouse Operations, the Warehouse Manager owns inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and team supervision, ensuring the warehouse operates in a structured, disciplined, and highly efficient manner.Position does require being on site full time. What you’ll do: Inventory Control & Accuracy (Primary Responsibility)Own and maintain accurate inventory of all equipment, materials, and show assetsManage inventory systems, ensuring all transactions (inbound, outbound, returns) are properly recordedConduct and oversee cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventoriesSet and maintain stocking levels (Purchasing or requesting and authorizing purchases)Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and damagesImplement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices Warehouse Organization & LayoutMaintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse at all timesDesign and manage storage systems that maximize space and accessibilityEnsure all materials and equipment are stored in designated, logical locationsContinuously improve organization to support speed and accuracy of fulfillment Team SupervisionIn coordination with the Director of Operations, supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and daily task assignmentEnsure team adherence to processes, standards, and expectationsTrain team members on inventory procedures, equipment use, and warehouse systemsDrive accountability, productivity, and attention to detail across the team Inbound, Outbound & Returns ProcessingOversee receiving, inspection, and put-away of incoming materialsEnsure accurate picking, packing, and internal staging of materials for projectsManage returns process, ensuring items are checked in, assessed, and restocked correctlyMaintain accuracy and documentation throughout all material movements Execution Support (Director-Led)Execute daily priorities and workflows as directed by the Director of Warehouse OperationsEnsure warehouse team is aligned and prepared to meet project timelinesSupport staging and preparation of materials for upcoming shows and projectsProvide real-time updates on inventory status and warehouse readiness Systems & Process DisciplineEnforce consistent use of warehouse management and inventory systemsMaintain documentation, tracking, and reporting standardsIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to leadershipEnsure repeatable, scalable processes are followed by all team members Safety & ComplianceEnforce all safety protocols and proper equipment usageMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environmentEnsure team is trained and certified on forklifts and other equipment as required
Who You Are: 5–8+ years of warehouse experience2–4+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong experience with inventory control systems and processesProven ability to manage warehouse teams in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and organizational disciplineExtremely organized and detail-orientedStrong accountability and follow-throughHands-on leadership styleProcess-driven with a focus on consistencyClear communicator with team and leadershipAbility to bring order to chaos—and keep it that way PreferredExperience in trade shows, events, or general services contractingFamiliarity with asset-based or rental inventory environmentsExperience implementing or improving warehouse organization systems Success MetricsInventory accuracy and variance reductionWarehouse organization and cleanlinessEfficiency and accuracy of material handlingTimeliness and accuracy of receiving and returnsTeam productivity and adherence to processes
